This has been the coldest winter since at least 1992.<br /> Destin-Miramar Beach Property sales have slowed since December. Hopefully we see a pickup in March.<br />The Whales Tale should be open by the 1st of March. We have seen increased qualified buyer activity so far this year. we have had plenty of rain so everything is greening up nicely.
