The Destin vacation season has started very well this year. We have seen increased qualified buyer activity so far this year. we have had plenty of rain so everything is greening up nicely. The golf courses look great and the weather is in the middle 70's.
Unfortunately the Whales Tale beach bar burned a couple of weeks ago It should be back up and running by Memorial day weekend.
